In this challan system there is a specific form for depositing money in the bank. Subsidy contribution should be deposited through this challan subject to the person's name being included in the approved location list of the tubewell. The person's national identity card number and active mobile number used to fill the form. Full and sincere cooperation is provided in filling up the invoice form and depositing the money in the bank.
